Terms and Conditions
Effective January 1, 2026
Custom Loveland Concrete and Masonry, lovelandconcreteandmasonry.com, hello@lovelandconcreteandmasonry.com
Accepting these terms
These terms cover your use of the Custom Loveland Concrete and Masonry website and any work you hire us to do. By using this site, asking for an estimate or booking a job, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book work through it.
When you sign a written estimate, proposal or contract for a specific job, that document controls wherever it differs from these terms, because it covers the details of your project.
What we do
Custom Loveland Concrete and Masonry is a masonry contractor in Loveland, CO. We do brick, block, stone and concrete work, including foundation, chimney and wall repair, tuckpointing, pavers, retaining walls, fireplaces, veneer and outdoor kitchens, for homes in Loveland and the cities around it. You can read more about us on our About page and see our services from the home page.
What's on this site is general information about our work. It isn't a promise that a given service fits your house, because that depends on what we find when we see the job in person.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are free, given at your property, and come with no obligation to hire us. An estimate is based on what we can see and measure that day, so it covers the scope written on it and nothing more.
Some problems only show once the work is open, such as hidden water damage, failed backing or footings that aren't what they should be. If we find something like that, we'll stop, show you, and agree on any change in scope and price with you before we go on.
An estimate stays open for the time written on it. After that, material costs and our schedule may have changed, so we may need to update it.
Scheduling and cancellation
We set a start date with you once the job is agreed. Weather, material deliveries and curing time can move that date, because masonry and concrete shouldn't be laid or poured in conditions that would weaken the work. We'll tell you as soon as we know of a delay.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, call us at (970) 292-7476 or reach us through our Contact page as early as you can. If you cancel after we've ordered special materials or started work, you may owe for those materials and the work already done, as set out in your contract.
Payment terms
Your contract states what's due, when it's due and how you can pay. Some jobs need a deposit before we order materials or put you on the schedule.
Payment is due on the dates in your contract. If a balance goes unpaid, we may pause work, add any late charges your contract allows, and use the collection steps Colorado law permits, including a lien on the property where the law allows it.
Our work and warranty
We're licensed and fully insured, and we stand behind our work. Any warranty on a job is the one written in your contract, and it covers only what that document says.
Apart from any written warranty, the work and this website are provided as they are, without other promises, to the extent Colorado law allows. Brick, stone and concrete are natural materials, so small differences in color and texture, and minor hairline cracks from normal settling and freeze-thaw, are expected and aren't defects.
A warranty doesn't cover damage from things outside our control, such as ground movement, poor drainage you haven't fixed, misuse, outside alterations, or other contractors' work. Manufacturers' warranties on products we install come from those makers, and we'll pass them on to you.
Limits on our liability
To the extent Colorado law allows, Custom Loveland Concrete and Masonry isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost use of your property or lost income. Our total liability on any job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.
We aren't responsible for how you use information on this site, or for delays caused by weather, supply shortages, permit offices or other things we can't control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law doesn't let a business take away.
Resolving a problem
If something about our work or a bill isn't right, call us or write to us through our Contact page first. Most problems get sorted out quickly once we come back out and look at it with you, and we respond within 1 business day.
If we can't settle it together, either side may take the matter to the state courts serving Larimer County, Colorado, unless your contract names another way, such as mediation.
Governing law
These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to rules that would apply another state's law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one in effect. A change won't alter a contract you've already signed with us.
If you have questions about these terms, call us at (970) 292-7476 or send a message through our Contact page.
